Order Processing
Most InkAva products are printed or produced after an order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on the item, design, product availability, and order volume.
Most orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Time
Typical delivery time is about 5–8 business days, depending on production time, shipping carrier, product type, and delivery location.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, supply delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information if tracking is available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
InkAva is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us so we can help you review the tracking information and determine the next best step.
Shipping Delays
If we become aware that your order cannot ship within the stated or expected timeframe, we will do our best to notify you with an updated estimate and available options.
