Returns and Refunds Policy

At InkAva, we want you to enjoy your apparel and feel confident in your order. Because many of our products are printed or made after purchase, please review your order carefully before checking out.

Made-to-Order Apparel

Many InkAva items are made to order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect color selected
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Minor color differences between screen display and printed product
Preference-based issues after the item has been produced

Please review size charts, product descriptions, colors, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged

If the issue is confirmed, we will do our best to make it right through a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Size Issues

Please review the size chart before ordering. Since many items are made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for size selection mistakes.

If the wrong size was sent due to a production or fulfillment error, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with the order or production.

Cancellations

Orders may begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
